Personally I do not even wish to download spams or viruses in the
first place which is why I have server side filtering via Spamcop
(which also includes Spam Assassin but I can not control their copy o

It was not running but trying to start it comes up with "Error 997:
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress" so it looks like a conflict
somewhere. I will try removing and reinstalling the service.

I'm having some trouble with IMAP filtering. When I try to
re-filter the InBox, it creates ghost messages that I cannot delete.
The only way I can get rid of them is to delete the account and
re-add.
