In my experience turning the volume knob a tiny bit to the right makes a
huge improvement.
Much more details in the listening space and the sound gets a warm and
welcome timbre.

After a firmware upgrade every Applet could break your Touch.
They want you to see that it works again after the upgrade.
Then you can reinstall all Applets with a single click ... and if it's
broke you know who to blame :)

I heard of another user that has this problem with SqueezePad.
So I think this is an error on the MySB.com side.
I'd suggest contacting official Logitech Support so that they are aware
of the problem.
