Hi, I noticed to day my shutdown button is gone.
A few days ago the restart button also disappeared.
If these buttons are still there orca doesn't read them.
However I also notice when entering the quit menu Orca tells about hibernation.

O que ocorre é que não consigo salvar alguns downloads em partições do
hd em que somente o meu usuário tem acesso (parece que ocorre com
sites do tipo rapidshare).

já tinha o win instalado e queria por o linux, então eu peguei um programa
chamado partition magic, fiz um defrag geral antes, e usei o programa, assim
criando as particoes necessarias sem problemas!
Só acrescentando, na hora de desfragmentar, eu não usei o defrag do windows,
usei um outro, e ativei a opção Consolidate free space, pra trazer todos
os arquivos pro começo da partição. Não sei se o defrag do Windows tem essa
opção.

Daniel, verifica se tu tem permissão para poder escrever (+w) nas partições
que tu está tentando salvar.
Lembre-se que não é só porque tu pode *ver* (ler) a partição que tu pode
*gravar* (escrever) nela.
para tu poder gravar na partição digite:
$ sudo chmod +w /endereco/da/particao

линуксе. Kget - не подходит, он берёт содержимое лишь одной директории, к

А чтобы диск не втыкать каждый раз можно сделать образ и подмонтировать

да нет, вроде все как надо..
что меня больше всего смущает - я ее не трогаю..
и на раутер грешить не приходиться - бо другие два компа работают как
положено.
попробовала вручную прописать раутинг - теперь sendmsg:operation not
permitted

j'ignore, je ne peux plus relancer Synaptic, voici le message renvoyé:

Merci, cela a parfaitement fonctionné, j'ai pu stopper AVG grâce à la
méthode que vous décrivez et ensuite il s'est désinstallé sans problème.

Well, my colleague may have found the problem.
It seems that it is a kernel configuration since 2.6.17 that is in cause.
On my machine, and those of my colleague, setting net.ipv4.tcp_rmem works fine.
I've not yet tested on other machines that had similar problem ...
To set this configuration,
Sound has stopped working again, is there anything I can do to help
troubleshoot this?
