No, there is no extra step if you unlock your iPhone, you do it as you always
do with Face Id or Touch Id depending on your phone model and of course

Mini 4 and an iPhone 6S+ and I have two factor authentication enabled. I use
that very successfully with both devices. Oh it also works well with the Apple

authentication as well! I had it for two weeks. So this is the issue that I
encounter. So when I install the IOS 10.1 update, adn ehn I got to icloud adn
to set it up, it ask me for my password, and then it gave me a

even if you don't choose to use that link, you are still able to
log into your Apple account page and turn off the two factor
authentication.
I've not exactly had a problem setting up a new device with it
turned on, but I have had to tell it to send me a text mes
it's trying to deter from evil doing.

I use "Authy" which is an app that provides codes for two-factor
authentication. You have to set up the accounts which support this and then
whenever you need a code you just open the app, select the accunt you need a
