I discovered a problem with the change to rc2 in JTSDK. Apparently the "enable-clean" doesn't clean everything it should. So it was still generating an rc1 on the package build. I completely removed the JTSDK\src\wsjtx directory and it built correctly after that. I'll try and see if I can figure o
