I know this has been discussed before but I can't find a paragraph showing how a small wall offset with 4 SF of floor area that is not protected will not require an additional sprinkler in all the bedrooms in the nursing wing. I understand the obstruction principal but need NFPA 13 to spell it out for the inspector.
Is there a paragraph I that will explain it?
