if the areas of concern are only small footprint rooms,
(less than 30 square meters)
consider a Hypoxic Air Ventilation solution.
they can be installed through existing HVAC ducts
and cost about.... 40 k usd.
HAV uses only air, not halogens.
air at 15% O2.
this solution is as green as water.
