SDV = Switched Digital video
TA = Tuning Adapter

This is where teh cable companies don't send all the channels at the same
time but only send a channel when requested so a tuning adapter is needed
for the TiVo to be able to request a channel.

Suggestions can be turned on and off in the settings menu.
