I finally got around to checking a random log file from the past two weeks
and evaluating the effectivness of the various Spam Blacklists that we are
using. Checking emails received between the one hour period between
Midnight and 1am on that particular log (a Wednesday) I found the following:

I had a client this week that had an email from a friend of his get caught
in our spam filter. Checking the cause I saw that the ISP that sent the
message out was on a few spam lists which is why it got caught by us.
I did the neighborly thing and fired off an email to the postmaster account
I had kept my Queue Listen Pipes at the default of 4 for many years, But
ever since aggressively using the anti-spam filters I have seen that the
amount of time it takes to process an email (check it against 8 spam
databases) is taking an long time - sometimes is will be as long as ten
minutes
