Actually I'd suggest that problems with Ancestry be taken up with Ancestry or discussed on a list where it's on-topic. Let's remember that this is a Legacy support list and it's clearly off-topic here. I don't think it's fair to all of the other subscribers here to venture off into Ancestry (or Windows XP/Vista) problems.
