powerconsumtion and therefore temp. on my server/freevo box and freevo
is responcible for most interupts; around 230 per second.

package but my doughter managed to make it crash again.
Crashes happen when a remote key (via linux input device layer) is
pressed that isn't used in that part of freevo.

Recently upgraded my server/freevo box with minimalistic as manifest.
The only multimedia app. that I have installed is mplayer and
freevo-1.6.3 and it's python/perl dependencies. (no 1.7.x for me yet, sorry)
All seems to work but when I record a dvb-s show no thumbnails are

Since some time I'am the prowd owner of an Hauppauge Nova-S-Plus DVB-S
but instead of using it's internal remote I'am still using my home-brew
serial one.
Since the linux-dvb drivers also contain the remote drivers wich are
available in /dev/input/event* it would be a waste not to use

passed on to mplayer.
http://streamers.at.sara.crossmediaventures.com/Skyradio only works
without -playlist.
The playlist option is auto-detect right?

Hello,
After a lot off suxesfull recordings I ran into one minor problem, I
want to record something thats all-ready playing.
From the web interface I klick the program and the standard record-box
pops up, but from the remote control I have no clue how to start
recording an all-ready playing

dont play the show first. just go to the show in the guide, and hit the

That didn't work so I digged trough my lircrc and found out that the Rec
button didn't had the REC function... :O
