You want detailed: Okay...1. Various people have reported "Wrong Direction" bug, and to this day I still have no idea how to consistently reproduce this one. I personally don't get it but there have been several people in the chat group, the email list, etc that get it, including a friend of mine last night.2. The intercom doesn't work at all.3. Declan's Concorde mod is better. Declan's mods in general are better, so download them from my site and include them in the game.4. Apparently, somehow my mod, which is only a collection of audio, tasks, strings files, messes with autopilot.5. This game should be in 64 bit.6. Serious server lag at times, just flying along the game will freeze.7. Countless other things. @ironcross32, help?

It actually surprised me when I got into it, though I will say that having a working browser with the alexa ap helped a lot. Trying it through Ios just wasn't good, and I didn't find many skills last year at all. That combined with the fact the music options on it are pretty pathetic made me stick it on a shelf for close to a year, but hay, at least we're catching up now. We did have a lovely time over christmas with my parents playing various trivia games, since with having to speak  you don't need to be computer literate to use it. I'm even thinking of buying some of the Echo buttons so my lady and I can play trivial pursuit and actually buz in. Other none game related functions I find very handy is  skill called Word nurd which can give you the spelling of any word you tell it, also setting reminders is really handy since I tend to forget things (I even set a reminder so that next december the First Alexa will remind me to buy a John rutter carol collection as we missed his carols this christmas ).Apart from the music, the voice perchicing is a little patchy I find, eg, it didn't seem to be able to tell you the price or buy something if it is not actually sold by amazon. I also found that entering the four digit pass code to buy was one of the few areas wheree Nvda seemed to stumble on the page a little, so at the moment I've disabled voice purchasing so that I don't order an elephant by mistake. it's easy enough to buy things on line once you use the correct navigation to cut through all Amazon's adds, and it's likely voice purchasing will improve in the future.Oddly enough I don't have the same problem adding items to a shopping list, which is a function that will prove useful I think, since quite often I'm remembering halfway through the day that we need  a loaf of bread or a bottle of washing up liquid or something else extremely mundane, and then utterly forgetting it when I go shopping . Getting back to games, my lady and I are loving the flash briefings both for the news headlines, and for the word of the day, as well as doing question of the day and jeopardy together.@Orko, btw, I believe the problem with double jeopardy is a uk,  or maybe a none us thing, again hopefully it'll be fixed if the developers known about it since it'd be nice to get the full whack as we now have amazon prime.

Dark, I believe you can also hit Windows key plus "R", and type "smvol" into the run dialogue box to open the volume mixer as well if I remember correctly. Don't quote me on this, because I haven't using Windows for a while, so sometimes my head could messed up too.

Moderation! while Storm productions has at least remained civil in this topic, it is! actually a rule not to discuss bans from other games on here for precisely the reason highlighted in this thread, namely it tends   to cause a lot of drama and doesn't really help the situation at all. In the end a game admin is in charge of their game, and what they do is up to them, there isn't anything either I, nor the staff of this forum, nor most of the people on it can do, even if the game admin is a forum member themselves.So this topic is being closed since I don't believe there is any productive avenue of discussion here, and things are likely just to get worse. To those who think we're being too lenient about this matter, I will remind them that yes, we have banned at  least one member for repeated complaints about being banned from other games and are prepared to do it again if necessary to keep the peace. Hopefully it won't be necessary, but the option is definitely not closed.

I always find it interesting when people are told a game is accessible but then there's no guidance on how much or how to use it. I recently bought final fantasy 13 because I read on the forum it was playable. I've thrown NVDA at it and jaws using OCR, doesn't read any of the menus. I wonder if sometimes some of these games are playable on consols but not windows and if so, people should say that.

The only current issue I'm finding in chrome is flash support being whacky. things like the Gamevial flash audio games, or even when I tried it the adult games Corruption of champions that are flash text games don't play correctly, even when I stopped Chrome from blocking flash content and got the alert to allow flash for the specific application. Apparently Chrome is going to improve flash support in the future, but at the moment I'm going back to Ie for those things, though of course Flash isn't quite as much of a concern as it used to be back in the days when you needed it for youtube.

Okay hold everything my skull she be numb! I just googled the problem, and the first thing I found was something on the winamp forums explaining how to fix it. For some weird reason in windows 10 the relative volume mix of Winamp as opposed to other applications is set at nine percent. ~All I needed to do was open winamp, go to the speakers bit in the task bar, use the application menu to open the volume mixer and crank winamp's volume up to regular . Apparently lots of versions of windows have this problem. Also interesting to know where the  volume mixer is for future things, eg, making sure my screen reader vs various audio games play nicely together.So scratch the above post, I'm continuing with Winamp .

lmao guys, specially @20 and @3 more so @20 after reading what post 19 wrote your post was quite detailed and informative as to what the issues with the games are!thums up Honestly I like the new version and I see many things requested by people before have been listened to and acted on in 1 way or the other.I have been playing the game same as the rest of you,possibly more or less,but I havent encountered any gamebreaking bugs or any issues so far. The Control f8 etc lists perhaps take a bit longer to load up than before,but maybe its my pc,though.So if you guys that are encountering bugs would report them in detail to the developer where they could be fixed,rather than say oh! this game buggy,me think play or not!.sheesh...Rastislav, I can understand your frustration, and seriously as you say if people are willing enough to work on improving translation and the like it would be far more benefitial to everyone if those improvements after screening were directly added to the game rather than a mod...but eh,shrug.@Orin,I am just curious,is there a way to revert back to the defaults after your mod is installed? as I am considering giving it a spin but would prefer a way to reset everything to the defaults if I dont like it.Grryf

winamp woes, please help

I've been a winamp fan  for about thirteen years now. i love the slimline interface, none of that library/album/playlist crap unless you want it, you just play files and folders or copy the url of anything of the net you want to play, and I love the way it plays so many different file formats and has such handy shortcut keys. I'm also a big fan of the chipamp plugin for all my game music stuff such as my rsn files from snesmusic.org as well as quite a few others in diverse formats. Winamp does work on windows 10, the only problem is that the playing volume of winamp is so low as compared to pretty much every other audio thing I have on my computer. I've tried playing around with winamp's settings  nothing solves the problem, and I'm guessing this  something to do with Winamp not currently being maintained.So, is there a way to fix winamp? and if not is there an alternative that has similar advantages? I do use vlc mediaplayer for playing dvds already (one reason why I could recognize this problem in winamp, since the sounds of a folder in vlc and one in winamp are so different in volume), however I am less keen on the interface for basic audio playback,  plus of course last I checked vlc doesn't do game music stuff such as the rsn archives. Windows media player is definitely a no go from what I've seen, (though I do use it for cd ripping I do not like the interface at all, and I doubt it'll do game music formats).I've heard good reports off Foobar 2000 and am willing to give it a go, (i believe there is an Nvda addon for it), but how should I configure the thing? and will it do game music formats, a quick google did suggest it would with a plugin or similar but I'd appreciate some advice about setup if that is the case. So, any audio freaks want to help? I admit my audio habits are a bit eccentric, me prefering to go by my own folder and file structure in explorer, having a major dislike for playlists or libraries or other complications, and of course really! disliking paid for streams or similar (one reason why i hate Itunes with a passion), so if anyone can assist that would be great.

winamp woes, please help

I've been a winamp fan  for about thirteen years now. i love the slimline interface, none of that library/album/playlist crap unless you want it, you just play files and folders or copy the url of anything of the net you want to play, and I love the way it plays so many different file formats and has handy keys (I'm a big fan of chipamp for all my game music stuff such as my rsn files from snesmusic.org as well as quite a few others in diverse formats). Winamp does work on windows 10, the only problem is that the playing volume of winamp is so low as compared to pretty much every other audio thing I have on my computer. I've tried playing around with winamp's settings  nothing solves the problem, and I'm guessing this  something to do with Winamp not currently being maintained.So, is there a way to fix winamp? and if not is there an alternative that has similar advantages? I do use vlc mediaplayer for playing dvds already (one reason why I could recognize this problem in winamp, since the sounds of a folder in vlc and one in winamp are so different in volume), however I am less keen on the interface for basic audio playback,  plus of course last I checked vlc doesn't do game music stuff such as the rsn archives. I've heard good reports off Foobar 2000 and am willing to give it a go, (i believe there is an Nvda addon for it), but how should I configure the thing? and will it do game music formats, a quick google did suggest it would with a plugin or similar but I'd appreciate some advice about setup if that is the case. So, any audio freaks want to help? I admit my audio habits are a bit eccentric, me prefering to go by my own folder and file structure in explorer, having a major dislike for playlists or star ratings or other complications, and of course really! disliking paid for streams or similar (one reason why i hate Itunes with a passion), so if anyone can assist that would be great.

Just curious where the game saves are stored.I would like to be able to start a game on one device, for example my desktop, and pick up on my laptop.I know the game doesn't save in its own folder because I delete the folder and extract to a brand new folder whenever a new update is released and I don't lose my save slot, which is what I like.I'm using the chrome browser to play so my settings will probably sync accross, but I just want to make sure.

You get the PDA midway through that tutorial. You get it out of the van, the same one you get the medkit out of.I found the quicktime event hard to do at the end of that tutorial where you have to run to the chopper. I have it for PS3 and had to redo it. I have no idea why they made an Xbox one edition, I don't think I'll re-buy it.

What about the tutorial at the beginning? There's no pda there so getting to the checkpoints is hard. Any way to do that without help, or to skip the totorial? I had to get help moving from place to place but there doesn't seem to be a skip tutorial option anywhere.

Can you run while doing that? I did not know you had to hold it before but managed to some how get as far as that tower thing at the beginning of leon's campaign before being killed by an explosion. I am now stuck at that explosion and can not get passed. Any advice? Also i got it as a christmas present so no chance to get the demo really.

Well my problem is with pre-made midi files with more than 4 channels... or 4 sources of input.In Reaper, I output each midi track to a separate file, but no matter what I do, I can't get the midi channel to change   My project will require me to use at least two instances of Kontakt, but unfortunately, I can't change the desired midi output channels *shrugs*.   I guess I need to use or at least keep trying with the kontact midi channel settings, but even that confuses me a bit.

@gamedude, I know that people should be concerned about it. It's not stable, so you never know that what might be worth $14000 right now might be worth the same after a year of mining. Also, the currency is incredibly expensive, and miners -- not cheap, shitty ones -- but good ones are outrageously expensive.

New member or  of our  family

christmas is a time for family. And  of course family is important. like when your family has a disagreement with the family next door and you go and send your family's boys around to give them nice present of cement overcoats, or when your family all decide  need  tobacco for christmas so you go and borrow that truck from the friendly people at the tobacco company, and then share that tobacco with anyone who wants it at a reasonable prophet, or when some of your family's boys get in trouble with the police, and so you send the police a nice friendly present to let them know it was a misunderstanding,  like a pigs head with candles  and accompanying death note trimmings, that always goes down well and makes people ever so neighborly.Well we have a new member of our family now so hopefully you'll be nice to him, since you know what happens when  someone upsets the family. This is Dan C, who has agreed to not only join us moderating the forum, but will also be posting news and game database updates, and making sure our family stays in order. Again, to take off the mobster hat and talk seriously for a change, a big thanks to Dan C for taking on all these responsibilities. With the ever expanding list of audiogames and the ever growing ranks of our new members, it's really great  that so many decent people are willing to help us out here.

Douglas, 4 gb is unfortunately almost nothing these days, even for Windows 7. The system as such must be getting slow for you even with common general operations.But perhaps the RAM alone could still be enough to handle the game. What about the processor and especially graphics? If you only have a cheap and possibly older laptop with an Intel processor, these often come with just an integrated graphics card which, again, is barely enough to play the simplest and most casual among mainstream games.You can find out your exact specs by using a program like Speccy by Piriform, that's what I use myself. Given how rarely I've ever needed to check my exact specs, I never had to look for anything more accessible or sophisticated.Lukas

Yeah, I basically do it that way just to save memory as soon as it's not needed, nothing else. One of my games has to use up an entire gig of RAM, so freeing it immediately rather than on exit or waiting for the system to do it on its own definitely makes a difference in that case. Plus, I'm not sure what conditions exactly have to be met for the system to consider the resources unused, and if this scenario is thus even applicable to most BGT games.Lukas

Why we would want to produce non-working releases?I apologize if it sounds too harsh, but I am getting tired from declarations like this, especially when in most times shows, that problem was not in game, but in people not knowing how to play it.It is of course greatly possible, that you really found some bugs, hovever in that case only way to fix them is letting us know.Next, to the translations. It is true that many of them were made by Google translator with base fixes only, it was needed to finish them in highest possible speed to open way for other languages.It was a good compromise, english is of course not on very high level, but everyone I think was able to get all needed informations from it, what was the goal, because we aren't native speakers, it would take much time for us to write the correct english version, it would be a lot of rephrasing and rewriting.But... we have nothing against fixes made by someone else. If he/she have the time to do it and sacrificed his/her time, then why to do not use it, in case it is better than our version, what probably is?Only thing to understand here is, that we aren't mindreaders, we haven't Skynet and we haven't hundred brains. It can sound harsh again, but it is not first time, when we were accused we ignored something or someone.Someones here probably remember, small group around Gorthalon (if it is true) made english translation for Eurofly in its beginning on Audiogames forum.In that time we were criticised, that we did not included it, although noone announced us that this translation exists, noone reacted on my appeal to send it to us, and noone gave any real source to get it. So how we were able to include it?This is similar situation. I found this topic just by coincidence, I wanted to check other topics but before it checked New releases as normally, and found this. If it does not happen, I would never know that some mod does exists.And again, we would get criticised that we have bad texts, when someone made good translation. Well, I absolutely do not understand it. Why are people making this like mods?I understand when there are mods that change sounds for example, it is normal in games that mods are changing surfaces, but textual fixups as a mod? With Eurofly's current english?Why these people just do not contact us? Are there less contact infos? Well, Eurofly's homepage, possibly documentation, Eurofly topics on Audiogames, where else it should be, so people will notice it? probably in messagebox at every gamestart, but I'm afraid hovever that it also doesn't help.And no, Eurofly's mailing list is really not a good place to communicate with us. It is primary for problems solving between users, main developer is checking it from time to time but only briefly if there are some unsolvable problems, that can be potential bugs, so important things can be overlooked easyly.If you want to offer something to developer, write him directly, you will be not ignored in that case, if your request make a sense.As I sayd, for this time, I noticed the mod in right time, so with orin's agreement we can include textual content in Eurofly's next release, when people like it.But, for future, if you have some reservations against eurofly with solutions, contact us directly please before criticising.I apologize again if my words sound harsh, but I really don't know how else to write it, so people can understand.To the towers, well, here is situation more complicated. We received many recommendations to rewrite scripts, adding things like no smoking and similar. But it is not that simple like it sounds.There are tens of towers already, in 5 different translations (avoiding Arabic, which was not adapted to Eurofly 2.0 yet), so rephrasing scripts include a. translation to all currently supported languages and b. rerecording all towers, what is bit unreal goal, it was a lot of work to acquire things we already have.There were also recommendations to include things like security instructions about life-jackets or gassmasks. We however finalized, that this few minutes long recording can be interesting in first few flights, but in hundredsone... Also translations and again rerecording... that does not seem worth doing.But if someone wants... It is not needed to record scripts word by word, you are free to add whatever you want if it is regarding concrete recording content. So you can add also this like instructions, there is place for it, but I am curious how many people will use it.@RTT entertainment:this is rare bug,

First, I would always advise you to get demos of the game before purchasing them. Being playable for some does not mean it is playable for others. Now depending on if you got it for pc or not, there are parts that might not be doable for you. You can search for the previous topic on this game where Mr. Brunete and I are talking about it. Now, to use the PDA, you hold the left bumper and then move north. You will most likely always go in the right direction by doing that. I wish I could help more than that but last time I played this was a while ago. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll do what I can.

Well now that I'm geting Kontakt to work in SOnar X3, I can't even figure out what  to do with Reaper. Tis is a nother subject for another thread, but I'm dumbfounded on how to get anything to even select inputs on Reaper.  going to the IO panel, I see a lot of stuff for outputs and volume/panning, but nothing or inputs.  the heck am I missing?

to clear up things, with the suggestion for the throne room changing and not displaying the you enter the throne room part, I mean that this could just happen if you are already in the room before. If you visit and leave the room multiple times in a turn, the entering text makes sense, just not if you still are in the throne room and do multiple things in it and stay there for a while.

Well.When I managed a forum/ chatroom online, I mostly banned people because of flames, spam posts, and the like they were usually perminant banns and even if I was asked to unbann them I never kept backups of my bann lists I just killed them.Now, the reason I did bann for no reason was that with all the spam bots there was just to many to handle,.I could run a day and get away with banning a few trouble makers, but leave it for a couple months and I and the rest of the team were banning for 6 hours straight.That forum is no more mainly because traffic was really low on it but still.On that note, I don't run playroom a lot, as to what storm is saying I kind of believe him, I have never been banned.But say, I start 1000 miles, sometimes I win and or I play easy then suddenly hard sometimes my oponents will rise to the challenge and we have a good game language excluded.Other times I will get on the room, and play as I usually do and the guy I am with suddenly decides to rage quit.I never talk as such to them though.I have on occasion got into a team of people and its been good.I have never come into conflict with anyome, but if you have issues rsgames may be the way to go with some stuff.I was kicked from a game in playroom once because aparently I wasn't playing by some stupid guy's rules but I am not a serious gamer.They didn't speak or understand english, they they were stupid people and I couldn't be bothered.If you have this issue you play it far to much to be honest.Their admins like some others suck but thats life I guess.

the music in the game is not loud enough after I set the music volume to about 100.in the old version of eurofly, I could hear the country music at maximum volume but after I take off successfully When the interface says take off successfull the music is still soft even though I've set it to 100 in the options menu.is this a bug?also the options menu was not explained in the manual.can you explain the tabs in the options menu as well as what each option does?

How in the hell do I play resident evil 6?

I was told this was playable. I asked for it for christmas. I got it, and i'm sitting here now wondering how the hell you play this damn game? It doesn't seem the slightest bit accessible. What the hell does the pda even do? I thought it turned you in the right irection, but doesn't seem to. Pressing left bumper just plays a weird sound but nothing else really happens. Can somebody make a recording and explain this crap to me? I'm getting really frusterated. I have it for xbox 360. The other recordings i've heard just seemed to be game play witch doesn't help because there's no explanation of what the hell is going on. I really need help with this, I thought it was playable and I really wanna play it.

Like I said, this topic is not of a productive kind, so I agree with you on that point. But I will stand by my idea that for example my complaints to Redspot admins and Sam Tupy were only informative in letting people know what they can expect, and my proof was in ... well the developer himself confirming my story but we had disagreements + there were lots of other factors involved that he did not consider.What we can determine here is that Storm Productions was banned, else why would he create a topic with that title if he wasn't. We don't know why or anything else other than he was banned. He'll have to give us more background info before we can start weeding out ... well actually that won't happen and nothing good will come from it anyway.

But at least then it'll only be a matter of waiting a few hours rather than months or weeks. As for bugs I'm sure there will be some. Even games made by big name companies have bugs in them. Heck, Final Fantasy VI, one of my favorite RPG's of all time, had some pretty crazy bugs in it. I'm sure you've done the best with what time you've had left and will continue to do so. The hard part for me is going to be not checking the forum constantly once Friday rolls around, just looking for the announcement LOL. This has been a team effort so I totally understand wanting all the team to be present for the big moment. I for one have a grocery run planned for the morning, so I may have to splurge a little on some snacks to enjoy while I take my initial steps into Farhaven.

We had discussed this as a possibility but the difficulties we've encountered since the release announcement have prevented this from being a possibility.On that note, I should let you know that this release does come with a disclaimer that we have not been able to test the final build of the game as extensively as we would have liked. We are going to be releasing the most stable product we can while still sticking to the release date—but you all may need to be patient, if there are any bugs that slipped through the cracks. I promise we'll be as responsive as we can to any problems that arise. Don't get me wrong—I don't expect issues, and we will be releasing with all known bugs having been squashed. But we won't be surprised if you all find issues we were not aware of.Also, for those of you counting down the minutes, be aware that we will likely release later in the day on Friday. I agree, but there in lies the problem. With most, if not all of these "I've been banned for no reason" threads, no proof is ever given or offered that the story we are being fed is the truth with nothing left out. Nor is there any way to know for certain what to believe or not to believe, unless the developer in question comes on here to explain his side of the story.I could easily create a thread saying I've been banned from some game, and unless who I am known as on that game is known, there is no way to verify or disprove my story.And unless somebody invites the developer to come on here to tell his side of the story, all we ever get is the complainer's side.

Orko, I must humbly disagree with you on your statement regarding "creating flamewars". As long as a topic is done in a respectful and professional manner I think it's actually important to bring developer faults to the table so that gamers know what games to play or rather what they should expect if they choose to play it. I don't think this topic was professional, it was just a simple statement without any "evidence" (as much evidence you can have in these situations). They shall be judged on a case to case bases. But I do support the idea of letting people know if a developer is full of shit.

Oh my. You want to talk about pins and needles I'm right here LOL. I'm even excited just to read the manual. But then I've said that before. Incidentally I either didn't know or forgot that Ian and Joseph used to have sight. But that might explain the years of effort they've made to bring us a gaming experience as close as reasonably possible to what mainstream gamers have been getting since the beginning or at least as close as their resources allow. As I may have said I've already done a review of the soundtrack album, although it's just a live audio post on my Facebook since I'm not sure YouTube would have let me do an upload longer than fifteen minutes, and you need more than that to really discuss everything. I think Sharon AKA JennyK's review was half an hour at least.

I'd go into general settings, and set the debug level to the highest, then play around with it and look in the log which you can get to through the tools menu and see if anything looks odd. This isn't normal behavior for NVDA.

It's online, try looking in the log and see if anything looks weird, or, paste it here, preferably a pastebin or similar link so you don't flood it because I don't think we have collapsable and expandable code blocks like other forums have. the left bracket code right bracket left bracket slash code right bracket tag is only for showing BB code which won't render inside it.

You'll get your digital copy on the same day but if you pledged enough to earn a physical copy and/or the cover art you'll have to wait on that since if I recall correctly they wanted to wait to release those until the same time as the graphical update becomes available. I almost wish I could have pledged enough simply because it'd be cool to see what the cover art looked like. I've always rather enjoyed tactile art. I'm curious what it's supposed to feature in any case.
