sceptical about using cs. Rosemary and the feds will probably use this info

My results:

I measured several times over a 52+ hr. period.
There was nearly 2 c of CS in the stainless steel bowl, 1-1/4 c in the
procelain type bowl.
They were of comparable size. (No specific reasoning, just how I poured it.)

Starting measure of the CS at start was 16.5ppm
This was freshly generated, right out of the brewing jar CS, manufactured by my
Silvergen SG6 generator.
Measured immediately after pouring into the bowls: SS=15.7 Porcelain=16.2

I did cover the bowls with small plates, there should not have been any
significant settling of atmosphere contaminants to explain the increasing ppm
of the CS water.

Time SS Porcelain

36 hrs 15.8 14.4
48 hrs 19.4 15.3

MY conclusionwe no longer need to worry of losing silver ions in the use of

Re: CSWhy don't we call it Ionic Silver?reply

2002-09-23 Thread mars larz

 Langsley T Russell wrote:
Recently I followed the thread under the subject of Buyer Beware. In it a
silver substance referred to as colloidal silver was in fact between 85% and
99.7% ionic silver.

I've checked a number of lab reports on commercially available colloidal
silver. In every case the ionic content has been between 85 and 99% yet it is
consistently referred to as colloidal silver. We wouldn't do that in talking
about juice as opposed to flavored drinks. Even though the practice of
referring to all of these substances as colloidal silver isn't intended to
deceive, isn't this practice indeed deceptive?

I know that Colloidal silver has become a sort of catch all term for liquids,
gels, and ointments containing silver in virtually any form, but isn't that
part of the problem we face every day in trying to help people understand what
is and is not a quality colloidal silver product?

I believe that what most of us make with our home generators is, generally
speaking, 85% or greater ionic silver yet we continue to refer to it as
colloidal silver.

Why, as a community, do we seem so unwilling to refer to the substance we're
talking about as ionic silver? It seams clear that in 90% or more of the cases,
the substance being talked about is an ionic silver solution and not colloidal
silver at all. Are we afraid that we will confuse people by using the term
ionic silver? Or is it just easier to continue to do what we've been doing and
not try to explain the terminology and work at reforming our habits? Or is
there some other reason that we hesitate to use the term, ionic silver
solution?

When people ask me, How can I be sure I'm getting real colloidal silver? Or how
can I tell if the CS I'm buying is what the label claims? Or how do I tell the
difference between a good CS and one that is not so good? shouldn't I tell them
that, chances are, you are not getting true colloidal silver no matter what you
buy?

Aren't we doing our cause more harm by being so careless in our terminology. If
what we are making and/or selling is 85% to99% ionic silver in its make up, why
don't we call it Ionic silver or ionic silver solution rather than colloidal
silver, which it is not? We appear to be more particular about the terminology
we use for the water we use to make this stuff than we are about what we call
the end product.

How can we hope to enhance our credibility when we don't even call our product
by an accurate name. We all know that there are very real differences between
colloidal silver and an ionic sliver solution. Wouldn't we all be better served
if we consistently used the right term for the substance under discussion?

If ionic silver solutions are actually responsible for most of the impressive
results achieved by people using colloidal silver shouldn't we make that
clear rather than crediting it to colloidal silver?

LTR

Yo: i don't make cs i buy it on line from utopia silver and i also read about
cs production. i don't think people are being deceptive by calling their
product cs per se from what i've been reading you can make cs with greater
parts ionic atoms or with greater silver particle concentration.(some folks
think the ionic part is the greater strength of the product some think the
silver particles do the trick). in any event whoever is making cs
and selling it should let you know the inoic and silver contration their
product is made of.

A quick way to get similar effects is to mix CS with Gatorade, for oral

 Barbara Liles wrote:

Sorry Marshall. I re-read my post and it confused me. Let me try
again.

What I meant to say is some generators I read about are using 3
Batteries
  rather than 2.

When making CS are we trying to get equal charge from a negative silver
wire
  and a positive silver wire?

The difference between 2 and 3 batteries is simply 18 or 27 volts. The
currents
at both electrodes will be the same, as per Norton analysis. That is
current
travels in a loop, and is equal at all points in the loop.

Then, to make a good brew, does the solution need to be stirred?

Most here report better results if the CS is stirred during making it.
This can
be with a bubbler, a mechanical stirer, or even a slight heat source on
one side
 for convection stiring.

Also, does the distance between the two silver wires make a difference.

Yes it does, but I don't have any data on that since I do not use the LVDC
 method myself.

When I first started making mine, I was told that my spring water would
work
and didn't need the distilled water. I know it worked to some extent,
but
the more I read on the list, the more I realize that the minerals in
natural
spring water must have an effect on my finished product so I switched to
  distilled.

 That was a good decision.

The spring water produced a cloudy brew whereas the distilled water made
it
  clear.

The spring water probably had some salts in it, calcium chloride, calcium
carbonate, potassium or sodium chloride. These would react with any
silver ions
as they come off the wire producting silver carbonate or silver chloride.
Most
silver compounds have very low solubility, so they tend to make the water
cloudy
 until it settles out.

Also, since we are going back to Silver 101, when using sea salt which
makes
the brew yellow, is this an indicator of particle size? I know it makes
it
faster, but what is it making faster?

It increases the conductivity, thus increasing current and the rate of
silver
 removal from the wire.

This leads me to wonder about IV use. Since sodium chloride IV solution
is
salty, does that change the structure of the CS. I generally use D5W
thinking that the salt would change the structure.

It seems that silver ions will quickly combine with the chlorine in NaCl
and
form a cloudy solution with then settles out over time. I am not sure
just what
happens if you put silver chloride directly into the blood.

I don't make cs but i heard you are never to add any kind of SALT or BAKING
SODA to speed up the proccess.EVER!1

Just learning so any information is helpful. I'm still back tracking the
achieves attempting to not ask questions that you old timers have
addressed
before, but that is a slow process.

We may be old timers, but we keep learning as well. I would NEVER have
thought
that taking large amounts of HVAC CS would do what they did to my
fingernails.
That is a new data point for me.

 Marshall

CShep-c, geno type, which brand of CS , zinc etc.......................

2002-08-13 Thread mars larz
Dear Christine: you mentioned in your post that you
know of customers who report that their viral loads
dropped dramatically using CS could you please give me
a link to your customer(i'd love to chat with them and
get some encouragement) Which brand of CS did they
take? (I'm personally taking a new brand of CS called
Advanced CS that is Mesoprocced) Did they drink a
pint a day for two weeks? I only take 3 tablespoons a
day, i'm a newbie only on CS for a week. also please
let me know if they were geno type 1 . Genotype 1 is
the most difficult strain of hep-c to get rid of.

P.S. is zinc safe to take with CS ? what mg and
amount.

My very first CS generator sale was made to a person
 that had a big problem
with cold sores. I gave him a sample and he came
 back saying It works
better and faster than anything I've ever tried
Adding 10% DMSO might make CS work even better for
 that purpose.

Further, many people with Herpes report that a small
 maintainence dose of
 CS prevents herpes attacks...100%
