CSAlternative Health News Articles Conquer Your Heart Attack Fears With Facts, No
This is really an informative article about heart issues. It recommends a number of nutrients. For blockages it talks about Hawthorn syrup by Dr. Christopher. It would be worthwhile reading for anyone with heart problems. If I change this to plain text the link can't be used. Paula http://www.healthtruthrevealed.com/full-page.php?id=852051508page=news

There is none. This cholesterol thing is a myth perpetuated by companies trying to sell cholesterol lowering products, plus the big drug companies. Our parents ate this natural substance with no ill effects as do I. The incidences of cancer and heart disease have trebled since the low fat debacle. At 06:53 PM 3/18/2007, you wrote: What is a better alternative to butter? thanks debbie I never knew butter needed an alternative. What is wrong with butter? Nature never made a bad fat, only man makes bad fats. I eat all the butter I want, which is not a ton per year of course. We have to realize that our grand parents ate butter the year round. How much? All they wanted I feel sure. All the butter I see today is sweet cream butter.I would pay $ 10.00 per pound for some Sour Cream Butter the way I used to make it in the 50's. There is no comparison of the two.The sweet cream butter does not even taste like butter to me. If you think it is bad, don't eat butter or the alternative, whatever that is. grin The real question is are you eating enough FAT, period. Balance the Omega 3 and Omega 6 and eat all the fat you want. Nutritionist figured 100 years ago it is better for us than most carbs/ Plus, it is a great energy source and long lasting. The heart needs fats for energy as does the rest of the body. The very, very old ratio for foods was 40 % fat, 40 % protein and 20 % carbs which I still believe after many years, 50 or so at least. I think most people don't eat enough butter for it to even be a concern. I know I don't, about 1/2 pound every 6 months, if that much. Still, I eat all I want when I want it. I cook redfish and talipia in butter and sear the slivered almonds also. Also use a touch when making french toast. One loaf of bread last about 4 months and I throw half of it away. I may have one or two lousy eating habits but bread and butter are not two of them. Wayne -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. It disappears in cows fed cottonseed meal or high protein soy-based feeds.[1] Fortunately, Activator X is not destroyed by pasteurization. http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/chronicdisease.html The nutrient Price called Activator X, most richly concentrated in milk fat from cows grazing on rapidly growing pasture, may be the most important activator of all. Price was able to reverse tooth decay and cure many diseases using X-Factor butter oil concentrate in conjunction with high-vitamin cod liver oil. http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/skinny.html#butter Nutrients in Butter The Diet Dictocrats have succeeded in convincing Americans that butter is dangerous, when in fact it is a valued component of many traditional diets and a source of the following nutrients: Fat-Soluble Vitamins: These include true vitamin A or retinol, vitamin D, vitamin K and vitamin E as well as all their naturally occurring cofactors needed to obtain maximum effect. Butter is America's best source of these important nutrients. In fact, vitamin A is more easily absorbed and utilized from butter than from other sources.61 Fortunately, these fat-soluble vitamins are relatively stable and survive the pasteurization process. When Dr. Weston Price studied isolated traditional peoples around the world, he found that butter was a staple in many native diets. (He did not find any isolated peoples who consumed polyunsaturated oils.) The groups he studied particularly valued the deep yellow butter produced by cows feeding on rapidly growing green grass. Their natural intuition told them that its life-giving qualities were especially beneficial for children and expectant mothers.

CSAlternative/Standby Power Systems
The recurring posts on energy generation and over-unity devices, mainly on the Off-topic list, prompted me to make this post. While conventional Diesel/electric generation systems do not offer any "break-through" technologiesthey offer a most acceptable address for persons experiencing power outages--most especially for days or weeks at a time*or possibly longer--- in cases of National or regional emergency. For those among the list membership who might be interested in some form of reliable back-up power system and are doubtful about the quality/dependability of possible..continuous use... Generation Systems, I, recently came across some units of a type I KNOW to be rugged enough to address the challenges of high-power, continuous demand system loads. First a little story: Back in the 1970's I was the southern division running maintenance manager for AMTRAK. Our Diners, high-level sleepers and high-level chair cars were powered by! Detroit Diesel 2-71 Generator Sets (20KW constant output capacity). These self-contained units were used throughout the fleet, as they had been earlierby Santa Fe, Burlington Northern, etc. They suffered every kind of abuse imaginableespecially from poorly-performed maintenance..and they just kept going. We ran some of them over 60,000 total hours before even rendering a top-end over-haul. Some of these engines were in consists (system train units) that covered over 1,000,000 milesbetween overhauls. Bottom linethese systems are TOUGH. Much moreso than systems presently being manufactured. I do not know, personally, any of the people at the business where I located these 2-71- powered systems-but I certainly do know this 2-71 based Diesel/Electric System. These units, because of their peculiar postive-displacement plunger-type injector pumps can even run off of warm PURE VEGETABLE or waste oil. These people also offer a modified system (primarily a pre-injection heating system) allowing the continual use of filtered waste cooking oil. Even the standard, rebuilt, engine will operate very nicely on biodiesel fuel.without heating the fuel beforehand. None of the new, close-tolerance pumps can do this. We are going to purchase one of these units as our standby power.primarily because of its ruggedness, but additionally, because the cost of another...currently acceptable systems incorporating the equivalent capabilities have been priced to us starting at about $19,000and most have what we consider inferior temperature tolerance and surge accomodation characters. Please do not receive this post as a shill for these people.but I am fascinated that these systems are still in existence and available. They were designed to run "CONTINUOUSLY" and even if we ran them out of oil, the low oil-pressure shut-off stopped the engine before damage could occur. There are, in my opinion, very few electro-mechanical devices remaining in our commercial national inventoryof the capability---and true worthas this, particular, system. It is not small and it is not light (over 2000 lbs)...but it is a splendidlong-proven, positive testimony to a time-past when this nation lead the world in quality for money. Just try to find an alternator with as much copper in it as these systems possess? Please forgive my "gilding-the-lily" address for this system, but it is...really, an old friend.and a true one, I might add. Hi Brooks List Members, We ran a GM 6-71 (which is the 6 cylinder version of the 2-71 coupled to a 250 KVA Delco alternator for years it never faltered. It was second hand when we bought it and had a total of 35,000 hours on it when we sold it. We needed a large alternator to supply our power needs (a 24 hour truckstop) As a retired diesel engineer, I can tell you the 2 stroke GM diesel are renown for their longevity, provided one changed the engine oil regularly along with the fuel and air filter. CSAlternative Medicines
Dr. Blonz: With todays soaring costs in the medical field, many people are turning to alternative medicines and therapy. I will understand if you do not want to discuss this topic, since it applies to your field. I have heard much about alternative medicines, but lets pick one in particular, Colloidal Silver. It is a fact that silver is used throughout the world in burn centers. Recently, although I understand it wasn't originated by them, Curad came out with a band aid that contains silver which in lab tests was shown to reduce bacterial growth such as Staph, aureus, E.coli, E.hirae, and P. aeruginosa. I have read statements that make a stronger statement than this stating that there is no known virus or bacteria that can survive more than six minutes in the presence of silver. CSAlternative to Airbrush nebulizer
I've been in possession of an air brush nebulizer that works off of an oxygen tank for some time now and it works great, but a little awkward to take along when traveling. What's to say oxidized is bad? On the other hand when I travel I take along a small puff bottle of CS and DMSO mix. I've found that it works better than the airbrush by a magnitude of at least 10 times. I puff about five puffs up each nostril and then for strep throat like condition I puff it a few times in the back of my throat while breathing deeply. By puff bottle I am describing a bottle Sinex comes in that has a pump that puts out a fine mist, not a squeeze bottle that would flood you into a gag response. The top with the pump is snapped in place and must be removed by prying ( not an easy task) with a table knife or something similar. I leave a few drops of Vicks Visine in the bottle and save the rest for refilling at about four drops per fill. The Vicks helps open the airways to let the CS get to the bugs it needs to contact and the DMSO also helps in this regard. My Wife is a singer and was going to sing at an event when she came down with a sore throat that was traveling down to the lungs rapidly. She only had about two hours to the event and had decided she would go but wouldn't be able to sing as all she could do was croak. I gave her the puff bottle and she hesitantly used it thinking it was useless at that late time. She uses the airbrush frequently and knows how long it takes to relieve this sort of a problem with it. Well to make a long story short, she went, she did sing and all symptoms had completely disappeared. I've shared this method with a number of friends and now I have to fend off the insistence that I patent this protocol and get rich. THEY JUST DON'T KNOW DO THEY. Dave fig...@comcast.net wrote: Airbrush nebulizer. Is the colloidal silver being oxidized? CSAlternative Health in California
CSers, Several months ago I read something written by Tim Bolen, that California has passed some unique legislation. It sounded to me as if the new laws allow Californians to apply for, and have health insurance paid to the so-called 'alternative health' professionals. i.e. chiropractors, acupuncturists and others could receive health insurance dollars for services rendered. Am I being simplistic? Did I miss something? Can somebody please explain to me what happened and the ramifications? Hi Bob, The condition you mention will very often respond , and rather quickly , to vitamin C. Get some 1,000 mg C , take one tablet 3 times daily ( morning, afternoon night.) If this is going to help, it should end the problem is about 2 weeks. DO NOT buy a bargain C, -- try to find some with Citrus Bioflavonoids. Rutin, Hesperidin Complex. Dear Sir, In our experimental medical investigations of carpal tunnel syndrome, we were able to develop quite simple and most inexpensive protocol addresses to this most uncomfortable disorder...from among a quite varied experimental volunteer population. One of the simplestand most effective.being the utilization of vitamin B-6, plus frequent exposure to very low-tech Light-Emitting Diode assemblies (utilizing 5 to 15 3500 mcd [milli-candle] ). For a more comprehensive coverage of our experimental research investigations..plus actual dosages and times of exposure-please contact me off-list. There are loads of body conditions that are being caused by muscle spasms -- in tiny, tiny muscles. Among the conditions that can be caused are those that are attributed to infections (and infections may be present, but the body can't counteract them due to one or more muscles being in spasm). Conditions such as: diabetes, sinus pain, nervous stomach, varicose veins, etc. What happens is that the spasmed muscles can block proper blood flow to areas of the body. The spasms can also inhibit nerve responses which, in turn, prevent the body from knowing about problem areas -- so the problems aren't corrected. The book describes all of this and methods to correct the situations. (Did you know that just being born can cause muscles to become spasmed -- and remain in spasm -- for your whole life; affecting how you grow and learn, affecting your immune system, affecting your weight and physical abilities?) -- Dean -- from (almost) Des Moines -- KB0ZDF -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver. Thanks Bob Dear Bob, One of my professors at BYU has a teenage son who had carpal tunnel pain, which the docs wanted to operate on. They met a chiropractor at church one day. When he found out the boy had CTS, he asked has he ever fallen down, onto his hands? She said yes, so with her permission he adjusted the boys`s hands. The pain was gone and didn`t come back. I have also heard that using vitamin B6 helps. Good luck!! Marshalee

Use proper magnetic treatment. Get the Conquering Pain book from www.magnetizer.com and apply the magnets as specified. If you use magnets properly, it works like a charm (which is not). I agree with your comments. Yes, and we must not forget the domestic terrorists, the Timothy McVay types. All sorts of very horrible havoc could break out internally at this vulnerable time. RE: CSalternative websites
Hi: Well, an alternative view would be one that was significantly different that what one reads in newspapers and hears on the TV. I don't know of a site that has crystalized an alternative view on the Attack, but there would be lots of people who would have one including myself. There are established resources, books and tapes which expose a different history of North America and Europe and the world over the last 300 years, a historical past greatly controlled by world central banks and their owners, enemies created and destroyed purely for the profit of world bankers etc. Some refer to it as the conspiracy theory but now most of those people no longer believe it is conspiracy but something factual and being played out. Anyone knowing anything about the Illuminati would be aware of this. I don't even know of lists where people can talk about this as conversations can get pretty intense and the CS list probably would get severely moderated if such a discusssion started here. There are lots of resource sites www.realityzone.com www.themoneymasters.com http://syninfo.com/Epperson/index.htmlx to name three of them. -Original Message- From: Beverle Sweitzer [mailto:aber...@erols.com] Sent: 15-Sep-01 1:08 PM To: silver-list@eskimo.com Subject: Re: CSalternative websites Maybe I am just being sensitive but what is an alternative view? -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
