FWIW I think you have an issue with the fiber mounting. The "Ground Lug" is supposed to hold the Fiberglass strength members from the drop cable. This helps keep the cable from getting pistoned in or pulling out. The copper line on the drop cable is a tracer and should not be connected to anything
