Some new WISP tried to cheat on agreement on mountain site. Installed some of type poe splitter on 5 runs from toughswitch...was been charged for 5 radios on tower but had 10 !!! Another WISP turned him in for this and not coordinating frequencies and two others on same site. He is getting stuff

All of the updates did improve it greatly, but I've still had several here that I compared with a fresh Vista (updated) vs 7. 7 was still faster, though we're talking 10% or so. In games there really wasn't any difference beyond load time. Vista load time was usually 50-100% longer. A good Vis
