Mine is a B11 issue. Would sync and unsync, thought it was an alignment issue. Contacted support and they spent weeks looking into it. Then, they found a problem with one side and asked us to RMA. We overnighted the radio and then they tell us they don't have stock and can't ship us a replacement.

It's funny...I just had the exact same thing happen on a pair of AF_5x that had been up and running fine for over a year. They were passing 250 Mbps one way and 75 Mbps the other when all of a sudden they exhibited the same throughput, chain, and modulation issues as you saw with your AF24s.

I think we all agree for the most part that this is more than likely the responsibility of the Contractor that did the work for AT&T. The problem I see with this is that AT&T usually uses contractors and chooses there contractors carefully so that they will not have any liability in these cases
