I agree that INIT is not supported on the mid-tier however during some Section 508 testing we found that all of our INIT workflow fired just fine on mid-tier. That was on AR Server 6.3 Patch 22 with mid-tier 7.0 Patch 2. I make no assumptions for any other server/mid-tier combination. Tim Powel
