But still we are getting the same issue.

As of now, When one of the servers is brought down then the LB redirects to
the mid tier that is up and running.

Only ITSM 7.6.04 Patch 002 has been removed from the BMC support side, due to
some reason which would be available in next few days. You can still go for
the download for the other components like ARS
