I have setup all forms correctly with appropriate timeout and page size.
There is a BMC technote to explain this away
Kamlesh, is it possible that you missed installing the ARDBC LDAP stuff
while installing your AR server.

Did you configure the ARDBC LDAP configuration form correctly? Once that is
configured with all the required parameters correctly, the LDAP vendor entry
should show up while creating the vendor form..

I have recently installed a brand new instance of AR 7.00P1 on a Windows
2003 Server w/ Oracle 10g. I attempted to go through the procedure of
configuring the ARDBC LDAP plug-in however the 'ARDBC LDAP Configuration
form' does not exist.
I have verified that the plug-in was indeed
- I am well aware of the problem you are talking about... It is a bug.
I am guessing all the fields in your vendor form have an Input Length: of 0
and a QBE Match: of anywhere except Request ID, which is set to 15. Now, if
you change the Input Length to anything greater then 0 and save the form

The problem: I have a form that when a caller's last name is filledand 'Enter' is pressed, queries LDAP via set fields action. I've mapped the LDAP field employeeID to the Request ID field. All is well until I run into duplicate
to find it.

You should be able to add to the results list of the vendor form to show
more info (ie: phone, email). Just make the spacing between the results
list colums small.
