Hi all
Can anybody point us at a reference showing where the Reported Source
(100215) values can be added? Added them to HPD:Help Desk but they don't
show up in the SYS:Reported Source form and that form won't accept new records.
Thanks

Hi,
This is what I found while navigating for below issue:
The real problem seems to be the order of the elements in the input XML call.

That field is on many more forms. Here's a SQL statement you can use to find
them all based on the field ID. If you're using overlays, you'll need to create
overlays for the join forms and the views the field is on.

they relate.
I think Change requests are not the sort of thing that really requires
tracking of the reported source as they are typically not directly phoned
in from end users and/or done in great volumes. I'd say you are
Hi All,
Sort of new to ITSM 7.6 and need to change the Reported Source in the Incident.
I know I need to make the change in the Incident Create and Incident forms. Is
there anywhere else? Any workflow behind these value?
On a similar note I don't see Reported Source on the Change form o
Integration with another application or a milestone activity from a service

I just did this. Start by querying the database for that field id to get an
idea of what other forms carry the same field (for example, the
HPD:Incident_InterfaceCreate) and may pass (or receive it) from the HPD:Help

Marcelo,
I always dread these types of requests. I don't think any workflow is
dependent on reported source field but as a general practice I try to
avoid modifying ITSM objects as much as I can. I handle it by creating
a dummy field and hiding the original.
