See the exceptions which should be eliminated anyway. If one unit is owner
occupied, then they change.
It was 1-4 as a rule. Better to own a 3 family or less, then you avoid the
mess.
The real issue is landlords and all property
housing stock. This would help quality of life, home
values and possibly rectify some of our nearly 20% vacancy rate.
