they specialize in creating software for this already.
primarily hooking into existing db's in each seperate hospital then
storing the info that is allowed to be shared among other hospitals..

OK, one thing to clarify on this, I'm not intending doing it to make a
fortune, take over a market, yadda, it is primarily a service that,
hopefully, might be able to cover its costs. The questions of
legalities come down to not wanting to have my a$$ets sued off, but on
