I upgraded to CF Studio 4.5.2 with Win98. It kept repeatedly crashing my
system. I had to go back to Studio 4.0.
Is this just an issue with Win98 or would it be the same story with Win2000?
I am disspointed in this 'improvement.'
All right, so long ago, I upgraded to studio 4.5, hated it, and went back to

again and upgraded to 4.5.2.
Now, I keep getting low resource warnings (which was not happening with 4.0)

If I use the split screen option to view different parts of my code, the app
sometimes craps out with an Invalid Exception error, and I have to end task
to recover.

Error Loading type library/DLL.
Although we can still connect to previously created RDS servers (in 4.5.1)
with no problems.

The resource warning isn't a bug - it's a real feature (Studio 4.5.2 uses
less resources than 4.5, but still a fair amount)

Projects with RDS.
I was able to finally get it to be more stable though there are still things
that drive me buggy.
I am running Windows 2000 server SP1. I can't say this will help in other

Well, I like Studio 4.5.1, and it's works well for me. I tried 4.5.2 and hated all
the ftp-connectivity bugs (winsock errors, etc.). Twice it erased a file when trying
to save my work to an FTP-connected server. So I went back to 4.5.1 and it works fine.

up here the other day. Perhaps add a feature that does a file copy to a
backup directory to save me doing it by hand with each edit.

I have fought this problem for some time now. I could not get CFS to be
happy under windows 9x. But, windows 2000 seems to handle the CFS MUCH
better.
I found a solution that works very well for me:
Windows 2000
196MB RAM
CF Studio 4.5.2
It is very stable. And believe me I hammer CF studio
ly locked up -
and no task manager to kill the problem tasks - had to powerdown and restart
(scandisk found an error on the disk at least once on reboot...)
If I had my own way - all the machines would have 2k on them... although I
might have a job on my laptop (cyrix 586 120 with 16Mb ram and a 7
#x27;t go back to
Studio even if was free.

Cut and paste this in your wordfile, replacing your existing HTML sytanx
section. I have created this over time and in no way is it a complete set
but when I find stuff that isn't highlighted I add it in.

I think there's a registry setting for that. You can add a button to the
