If the folloing error occurrs, %Error: This command applies only to DCE
interfaces. Just swap the cables or go to the other router and apply the
clock rate. It is the cable that defines which is DTE or DCE...

through. I have configured DNS successfully, but if I configure the Router
to allow SMTP traffic to an internal Host.it does not work. If SMTP has to

At Networkers 2K all the Academies were told to implement 12.0 on their
routers. I assume that's because the new exam (or perhaps the next
revision) is based on it and is probably why Todd included it in his new
book.

We do it all the time (for two years now) and haven't noticed any
problems. However, I should state that the EE in our group says it isn't
a good thing. I guess we'll keep doing it since we have a SmartNet
contract. :)

Your input rate-limit is ok. I just tested it.
The problem is with your output rate-limit. You can't use a standard
access-list for output rate-limits in this situation. You want to limit the
output traffic based a destination address, which can NOT be accomplished
with a standard access-list.
I am far from sure, but my guess is that unbound means host-not-specified.
That would make sense since your IP address is a class C and the wildcards
allows all hosts on a class C.
Again, I am not sure but that would make sense.
