Todd Lammle's book for the CCNA is excellent. There were a few details I saw on practice exams that weren't mentioned (FECNs and BECNs for Frame Relay), but other than that, it was a great book for learning 95% of what the CCNA exams cover. The virtual lab, on the other hand, wasn't "all that".
