I tested many alternatives: primefaces:tabView, openfaces:tabset..
Most promising is openfaces:tabbedpane, but cannot make it work properly

OK,
It works somehow. From eclipse buid i use primefaces library instead of
tomahawk.. I try to set up my existing project
mapping
http://myfaces.apache.org/tomahawk/extensionsFilter.html
but eventhough I get Server 500 ExtensionsFilter not correctly
configured (where I use tomahawk taglib) and 404 on pages where i do not
use the tomahawk taglib.

I get this error after help from Leonardo, I managed to load all the jars:
myfaces v2, tomahawk1.10, jsp-api.. now should be ok, but I either get
blank page, or 404 _javascriptDetector_

I think the big thing to test is making sure that the
1.0.3-SNAPSHOT core build runs fine against it.
We haven't been able to switch over our 1.0.3
build to the 1.2.3 plugins - the plugin snapshots
aren't getting deployed, so our build would break...

IMO, if we have a facet, we don't render the icon. No need
for an attribute at all.
Anyone that desperately needs both the facet and the icon
can render two statusIndicators.
