I discovered that it's no need for swf at all here :-) Check out this first test. It fits best if you play ELO while testing :-) It's all html and the code is simply pasted into the bottom of the file. It's very simple to make a lot of individual bio-html's but it's not so cool to have to

Thought I'd share an update. With the help of Michael Herger, I added repeat and shuffle status modes. Shuffle status changes almost instantly (within 5 sec.) but the Repeat status updates when the playlist updates. I also added power state and did some extra tweaking for visual appearance.

When I run the script with IE 7 on XP Pro SP3, it displays normally (as seen here). However, when I run it from an Win2000 SP4, It gives me a What browser are you using on that W2k machine? SqueezeJS requires at least IE6. Your script is working fine here in IE6, Opera and Google Chrome.
