the CFextensions which are provided with the FB installer they provide some basic wizards to generate Assemblers / DAO / VO from a table but they are rather limited. While they can provide the needed files easily to have it running, they aren't designed for production in my opinion. -- João

One word of warning about turning off flashType. The difference in the quality of the embedded fonts is night and day with flashType. It's fine to turn this off during development, but you should really turn it back on when you finally go into production. -Sho

I use the stand alone player to debug. I've changed the debug paths to *-debug.swf in my debug settings. You can do this by clicking on the little arrow next to the "bug" button in Flex Builder and then go to "debug". Another method for fixing this can be using > project > clean.
