in landscape format. Legacy is creating borders in portrait format and

save" on leaving the program if you have changed something. In fact you are not
saving as such but creating a back-up (.zip) file. Your ordinary file which as
you say is amended on the fly has the extension .

wait 5 minutes. Once the hard drive has spun down completely you can power

population of the US grew, more and more EDs were needed in each census.
Also, in 10 years time, governments decide they've learned how to do things
better (whether they have or not), and so things are done differently.

I just came across this today and realized something. If I restore a backup
file I lose those 1/2 siblings settings and have to reset my view. I suppose
backups don't save personal settings (Cathy seems to indicate this), but
that would be a nice feature to consider.

ahead of any given marriage date. But why is it re-ordering
spouses when there is no marriage date for any of them?

I assume that you mean when Legacy is running and probably has been for some
time. This does happen to me occasionally and I think Legacy must disappear
off screen. I use ctrl+alt+Delete and usually find in the Processes that Legacy
*is* running. I close it down and then restart it.

Yes the DPI can be changed for a PDF file. The information provided
by the PDF component that we use in Legacy Charting recommends staying
at 72 DPI. There are other methods that we are looking into to allow
you to print very large charts.
