I've never had those problems. Where did you get the BD? Coops that make the
homebrew stuff might have lots of methanol in the fuel. I believe that
methanol creates a lot of the rubber issues. I always get mine at a reputable
gas station.

So is all of the fuel line under the hood, of course with the exception of
the return lines, supposed to be the same size? The previous owner has the
improper inline filter in service and looks like some of the fuel lines
little larger diameter than the others.

Thanks Wilton. I do have to admit we were quite pleased with ourselves
for getting it solved reasonably quickly.
