The transplanted 606 keeps draining its battery when parked. Slowly, but still fast enough to drain it in a week or two. Is there a logical way to track where the current is going, analogous to troubleshooting vacuum leaks? Otherwise I am just going to buy a disconnect for it.

It is kind of like sun valley transmissions. If you are going to pay for a rebuild, go to the place that has been doing it the longest. It is the same money. Nobody has heads for wagons anyway, no matter what they say; you have to find a core that is rebuildable and send it to them.
