More out of curiousity than need, I got the pulley off my pump and dug out the seal. Rubber is hard as a rock. New seal is $3.50 from Rusty. Should be a cinch to pound back in. Probably less time consuming than finding another pump. I'll let you know if the fix fails. Ralph W.
