For several reasons I installed on a new disk (and did not do an update).
I created myself as a user, and then had softlinked the home directory
to the old home.
My old evnvironment seems to work nicely.

Using VM's, the MAC address of the fake-nic gets changed often, and
SuSE changes what should be eth0 to eth37, or whatever.
This means I have to continuously delete the old nic and configure the new one.
I'd Like SuSE to just eth0 for whatever it sees, and just use the
existing configuration.

I'd like rpm to go through the disk and identify missing or corrupt
files, so I can reload the RPMs (maybe automatically).

error that it saved from bug buddy (pasted on bottom of email).
