Hello!
I am a new user to OTRS (2.4.7 running on Ubuntu Server), and I have hit a snag.
Mail seem to work, Notification goes out, incomin gtickets are pulled by
Postmaster into my queue.
When I open a ticket, I see that it was sent by
firstname.lastn...@domain.com, just as I expect.
But, I

But I would have dreamed to be able to play with this article type in the stats

Hello,
I got the following problem. After a ticket has been created a customer
adds a note or something to the ticket and changes/gives a new subject.
After that, agents will still get the orginial (main) subject while the
customer will be provided with the last given subject.

Hi Nils

Hi all,
I find in the admin guide this section 11.2.1.1. Customer with multiple IDs
(Company tickets).
I can create the news column in my database: mysql ALTER TABLE
customer_user ADD custumer_ids VARCHAR (250);
That good
But when I want to map the new column in the config.pm files:

Hello. I'm getting a config error when trying to start OTRS. It's my
understanding I do not need any Filters, noted in the config below.
I've taken my config from:

Hi
I need to amend the order of the subject line of an Auto Response email.
Currently the TicketID is automatically placed at the beginning of the
subject line text as defined in the auto response. I have a client going
live tonight who insists they want it at the end of the subject line.
Hi, Philippe.
it seems to me that it's not possible out of the box. You need to do
additional development for stats framework. I never tried this before.
Anton.

Maybe a way forward for you... if you are on Linux/Unix platform and
bouncing email is OK for you.
I use postfix mta to get incoming emails into OTRS. postfix has a
feature to check the intended recipient by Mysql table lookup. I lookup
systemaddresses to reject mails to arbitrary recipients

Hi Gordon,
1. It IS possible.
2. OTRS WILL recognize it if it's not at the end
3. We have it configurable in OTRS3...
If you want to have it **tonight** I guess you'll find it by hacking around
in Kernel/System/Ticket.pm ; just look for the TicketSubjectBuild function,
you'll find it...
Dear Support
After exhausting the web searches for this topic and reviewing previous
list answers I cannot find answer to the following question:
I am using OTRS has IT Service Desk with no major problem.
Now I want to enable the use of Services and SLAs (Internal and with third
parties).
Worked a treat!
Can't wait for v3 though :)
Many thanks Michiel

Hallo zusammen,
Creating database user 'o...@db.mydom.ain':

Der DB-Benutzer 'root' hat

Hallo,
