It's part of daemontools, the package that contains svscan. You've
obviously installed daemontools, but something must have gone wrong.

qmail-mrtg-0.1 assumes cyclog (which obviously was replaced by multilog)
and I don't have /var/log/qmail/send or someth

I have in the past had qmail running quite happly from inetd but I know need
to make it larger and more efficiant in how and what it does and I need more
control over it.
It is on FreeBSD 3.3 and all goes well till get to the point of tring to
start it using
#supervise /var/lock/qmail-smtpd tcpse
Add the main domain as a virtual, but make sure it's not listed in
virtualdomains. Then make QMAIL/mailboxes/users a symlink to a
virtual domain inside QMAIL/mailboxes/domains.
