I've used a 3" Rhoh mattress for well over 22 years. It only comes in single
size, I put a "filler" egg create mattress folded in half on the other half of
my full size hospital bed.
The Roho mattress comes in 3 sections that snap together and you inflate it the
same way you would a seat cushion

Depending on each individual, as their needs differ greatly, a softer bed
prevents skin breakdown and firmer bed surfaces aid in transfers. Air
beds can be beef'ed to aid in transfers and then allowed to relax for regular
use.
Baclofen is a maintenance drug that is taken in gradual doses.
I use a store bought adjustable bed with a firm mattress. 20mg baclofen
4x/day and Neurotin 300mg 4x/day. I have several Dr's in the family and I
have had great success using Neurotin over other drugs for spasms. It has
no upper limit as it is not broken down by the liver entirely. So, for
exam
I take Baclofen 20 mg x4 daily & Dantrium
25 mg - x3 daily
I use a hospital bed (raise/lower height and head of bed raise/lower)
with a SILICORE Bed Pad on top of the bed mattress.

hide my bag in my leg rest bag my daughter made for me, cut a hole in the
crotch area and down under my left leg to the bag which Velcros to my seat
cushion so that it does not show at all.

I tend to use Nizoral (ketoconazole) to take care of some of the fungus I
used to get in between my legs. Thankfully I have been able to eliminate
most of those problems as of late by keeping my body hair trimmed way back.

The problem arose out of home nursing incompetence. When I got my first bad
"wound" in the crease between the buttock and thigh (worst possible place to
get one) -- home nurses were adamant to

Dressing until it heals. Once it closes up we tried varies creams,
some worked for awhile but it started breaking down again. We finally
found one that has been working very well, "Jason Natural Cosmetics

I went to my doc about my new butt sore. Unfortunately there was no way for
him to see it. He has no bed / table that I can get on. Butt, he signed me
up for a wound care nurse to come out. She came out today and said it's not
too bad. She will come out 2x a week. I wear boxer briefs, so it should
ard / fast in sweaty crease.
