The 16 ga. silver wire I've been using was given to me by someone
who said it was pure. I just ordered some 14 ga. .999 myself and
was surprised to find that I couldn't tell the difference between
the two in size. So does the 14 ga. actually last much longer than
the 16 ga. ? ( A dollar a

Hi,
Have only had time to lurk lately.
One of the people on another mailing list asked me if I could give them the
name of a company where they could buy silver wire if they made their own

Hi,
Kat, I but my silver from Jules Borel Co, in KC MO Cat. number. 844-14/FS. I
asked for 99.999% and when I questioned them, they said that is what fine silver
is. All I know is that it makes repeatedly good CS.
Call 1-800-776-6858. My cost 10 ft. for $35.58 tax nd shipping.

Sems the fabricator at HM was out of 14 gauge, so he took 12 gauge and drew
it out, which increased the hardness and shininess. It is still good.
Whew!
