I had exactly the same issues I think and what I did is in the Domain I put the
FQHN and added an alias of the FQDN and that fixes it.
I dont know if that is a bug or how it's meant to be but it works for me.

How does one log in to an ACD Queue via keypad on the
phone? I have a number of Queues setup and I cannot find out how to login to
my queues using my test phones.

I just discovered that I can use the webui to deploy the files to TFTP,
then acess them through the web server by pointing the browser at
http://servername:8090/phone/profile/tftproot/filename.wav . That's
really great because it means that I can administer the files through
the web interface!
