URLs to Netscape via TheBat

When I position the cursor over a URL in TheBat (1.38e), it changes to a nice blue arrow. This indicates to me that it recognizes it as a URL. I double-click on the URL and nothing happens. I assume it should launch Netscape and head out to the site in question. Am I missing something here? N
