There are 1,771 result for "perl programming language"; 1,079 for "php
programming language"; 930 for "python programming language"; and 435
for "ruby programming language".  Clearly Perl is the best.  ;)

On the other hand, there are 85,524 book results with "Typewriter" in its title. Still, i'm not going back to data managment by using dead trees... ;-)
