Surprise, they just got that! Gays are now subject to the very same Sodomy ban in UCMJ that everyone else is.
The big difference is that ASKING is now back on the table. And I support the repeal - I just don't think they realize how much MORE work is ahead. UCMJ say ANY sodomy - courts martial. ANY. They can ASK now, and lets not forget the third, and long forgotten part of DADT. PURSUE! Its back!
