John....The part that bothers Tom, and others, is that you repeatedly reiterate
all the bad comments, but none of the good comments. Thus, an impression of
negativity/criticism is created. Maybe passing along hearsay should be avoided
altogether. Just stick to your own personal observations and factual remarks
(no opinions at all) and the S world will be a happier place. Cheers....Ed L.
