Often a desire for excessive detail (or perfection) becomes a flaw in modeling, 
or life.  It can destroy.

  John....The part that bothers Tom, and others, is that you repeatedly 
reiterate all the bad comments, but none of the good comments. Thus, an 
impression of negativity/criticism is created. Maybe passing along hearsay 
should be avoided altogether. Just stick to your own personal observations and 
factual remarks (no opinions at all) and the S world will be a happier place.
