Re: Can't send e-mail: error message of "Server says no such user"
As it turns out, the question is all moot. I'm going to be switching to a new, better provider tomorrow, and I've also begun migrating to Thunderbird (and did get some help with connecting that from my host). Not just because of this glitch -- I had other concerns and "broken" stuff in The Bat and this just kind of tipped me into finally switching to TB. Sorry, but it's just not intuitive for me, and I'm usually pretty comfortable with adjusting software settings. Just couldn't afford the time to tinker and troubleshoot anymore. Thanks for all of your help and info, I really do appreciate it. Best wishes to everyone. AJS Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but this is not the ISP's e-mail. As far as I know, I have never even had an e-mail address with them. This is a cellular broadband service provider. My Internet is provided via a USB data stick. The e-mail I am trying to send in via my permanent e-mail account on my own domain, featherschneider.com, which I own. The server is operated my my web hosting company, not my ISP. And my webmail (again, via my hosting company, not the ISP) works just fine. I truly don't understand how the cellular company could affect my e-mail account. If you could explain it in "for dummies" language, that would be great. In any case, there is no support at this time. Their Web site has only a support form and they are not answering calls or e-mails or returning messages. Thousands of people have nonworking phones and/or no Internet access. It's a huge mess. You can see for yourself by Googling "Element Mobile" or visiting their web site. They have no clue what's going on. -- Amy Schneider Using The Bat! v4.2.42 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3) Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

The only change that has occurred is this (And I just realized that the first problem message came after this happened): My broadband cellular Internet provider changed hands Saturday morning at midnight, and at that point about 80,000 cell phone/Internet customers lost service. My data stick stopped working, and I got a loaner on Sunday afternoon. A tech did come here to set it up, but to the best of my knowledge he did not mess with my e-mail settings; I was present while he worked, and he never asked me for e-mail settings. (I own my own domain, featherschneider.com.) Customer service is still not available (hence 80,000 unhappy customers), so I can't go there for help. I have, however, gotten out of my contract and will keep this loaner card on the old network until I can sign up with a new provider on Friday. Perhaps I should wait until that conversion is complete and see if the problem remains. However, the webmail on my domain works just fine. Can't send e-mail: error message of "Server says no such user"

Server reply: No such user here." I just downloaded the most recent version and no problem. Any advice? (I hope I've formatted this message correctly. New to The Bat!: Questions I can't find answers to
Greetings, all -- Longtime Eudora user here who had Eudora crash on her one too many times and finally decided to take the leap to a new client that's still being supported. I've spent some time playing with settings and got a lot of my issues tamed. But I still have a few outstanding. Can you help, or point me to where to look? (using The Bat! v.4.2.12.4 on Win XP SP 3) (1) Is there any way to replicate the Eudora method of having double-clicked messages open in the same pane as the message list (that is, not a separate window)? I don't like using the preview pane because of spam avoidance (both HTML bugs and just having to see the stupid things at all), but those extra taskbar buttons for each message really take up a lot of space. (2) Speaking of spam . . . am I really stuck with having to purchase an extra plug-in in order to get the same junk filtering that Eudora provided as part of the package? (Or are there freebies that I'm not seeing?) (3) I'm also strongly used to keeping messages in ascending order, and Eudora would always open a message list with the last (newest) message visible at the bottom. The Bat! is making me scroll down every time, and I can't figure out how to change this. Am I doomed to force myself to get used to using descending order (which I hate as much as top posting)? I think that's all for now. Thanks much for any light you can shed. Regards, Amy J. Wishlist for TB to work better with Antspam Sniper plugin
Hello Tbudl, While fine tuning my Antispam Sniper plugin, I sent an e-mail to ask about whether the plugin could work the same way it does with most other e-mail clients. i.e. moving Not Junk back to where it was going before it was intercepted by the filter, as soon as it is so marked. Now I know Ritlabs are not obliged to make their program accommodate a plugin, but does anyone in the list this could actually make it to future versions of TB? My dialog with Antispam Sniper follows: ASS>...The plug-in actually cannot move the messages in TheBat folders, ASS>because TheBat doesn't provide access to the folders and messages to ASS>the plug-ins. The described feature is already implemented in ASS>AntispamSniper for Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail. But it is ASS>not possible to make it work in TheBat, because it moves the messages ASS>by itself. If this is something for future releases of The Bat, I am posting this message to TB User's Discussion List. If I get any useful responses from TBUDL, I will send them on. Best Regards, -- Michael J. I appreciate your input and simple would be the best way. I will rationalize the accounts. Dwight's suggestion of using IMAP for all the POP accounts with Fastmail.fm appeals to me. Does that mean I would delete the messages from my mail server and store them on Fastmail and look at them from TB online? What are the pros and cons of IMAP vs POP? How to streamline and automate TB?
Hello Tbudl, As you can see I have now 14, soon 15 email POP addresses. They are really there so the user can send me an e-mail from various web sites, so they see a different identity, but as you can probably guess they all finish up for me to deal with. The problem is now I have so many (13,000+ after pruning) I can never remember which mail box I am using for what types of messages, so each time I want to find anything I have to use Message Finder (F7) and search all folders. Of course Message Finder does not show you which folder it found the particular message in once I scroll through 100s of them looking for the one I want. Now I am spending more time trying to find things I know are there, than any other computer activity. Maybe there is some way to display the folder it is in when searching but I could not see it under view or anywhere else. Can this knowledgeable group please suggest concrete steps to take to resolve this unholy mess? I asked a while ago for a tutorial and someone suggested the help pages, but what I want is a systematic way to as close as possible, automate TB message handling. I want all this e-mail to go into it's various folders. e.g. Support Ticket Request system. I don't want to use one of these free php trouble ticket systems, because I want everything under TB. The main reason I went to TB in the first place was because of its ability to handle multiple POPs, and powerful costomizability and features, and it is so good at its job. Ultimately my goal is to have TB handle most incoming support e-mails with canned responses automatically, but it seems quite a task to set up apart from just establishing some filters. Has anyone ever considered writing a book or booklet showing a business person how to maximize their benefit by using all these fancy tools TB has to offer? They are so powerful but I am afraid I feel I have only scratched the surface on getting the most out of TB. This site http://www.freeemailtutorials.com/theBat/ says they are writing one but its not yet ready. Of course I got some help from: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/howdoi.html but I am no programmer, nor do I have the time. I really like TB and I really want to find out how to run an on-line business, but it's pretty easy to get overwhelmed by TB's features unless you are e-mail guru (which I am not). I tried to understand the tutorial on RegEx, and I am trying to understand this tutorial from Silverstones.com. It would behoove me to solicit commercial assistance from this group, but I really want to work towards setting up a mailing campaign (not SPAMming), which will allow my fledgling company to grow. Upon googling for TB forums I come back to these same groups. Can someone please point me to other TB discussion groups etc. Cheers! -- Michael J. Sharp B. Bus. IMAP is a very sore issue with me. I really needed (and still do), but RITLabs are in a constant state of denial on IMAP support. According to RITLabs IMAP does work. See a paste of their support response to me: Time: 03/04/2008 17:43:33 From: [4000] (apr) XX (helpdesk staff) Well, there is a full support of the IMAP4-protocol in The Bat! and knowing the settings for you server you can configure The Bat! to work with it. So, basically, create a brand new account and make it an IMAP one, then enter the settings and there you go. Well, sorry "there you go" It still did not work me. Here was their final response and then they closed the ticket: Time: 03/05/2008 17:05:59 From: [4000] (apr) XXX (helpdesk staff) At present (some issues have to be solved) The Bat! does not work with Gmail via IMAP4-protocol, but successfully does with POP3. We can't say IMAP is not working in The Bat! at all, there are some problems, but generally it works. Now I really hope someone in the list can confirm or otherwise that RITLAbs is working on full IMAP support for v4.1, because I have a lot of trouble understanding "but generally it works", when it clearly does NOT! It's like being a little bit pregnant, either you are or you aren't. I will go so far as to say it will be difficult for TB to retain the crown as a credible alternative in the corporate arena without IMAP support. Sorry if this is this sounds a bit tongue-in-cheek, but as I wrote it, it ocurred to me it's a bit like Dante's "Divine Comedy": comical in its denial, yet a tragedy for those that need this feature. Frankly none of RITLAbs answers satisfies me, so maybe we can shame someone there into giving us hope this matter will be resolved soon. Cheers! -- Michael J. Folder list corrupted
Hello all, I recently updated to TB! Christmas edition. Now the folder list is corrupted; i.e. the "Unread" and "Total" information is missing in all but a few cases, and none of the folders are in bold (indicating unread emails) until they are highlighted and even then do not necessarily show Unread and Total numbers. Worst of all, some of the folders are missing completely. I have attached a screenshot. There are other problems developing as well; for example, I was unable to open a message in a Sent file to Edit mode. When trying to access the Sorting Office for one of the accounts, the program shuts down. I have tried reinstalling/repairing both the previous version and the Christmas edition, but this has not helped. Do I need to delete the current version and completely reinstall? If so, can you please instruct how to do so while saving data, as I have forgotten how to do this. Help? Thank you -- Best wishes, Pat Third time lucky? VF problem when fastsearching for flagged messages
I have set up a common virtual folder that lists all messages that are Flagged. The folder is set to autofresh and I use the fast search option. The flagged messages are found. However, when I toggle the flag attribute for one message, the attribut changes not only for the selected message, but for others too. There is no apparent relation between which messages are changing. They are in different folders and different accounts. It does not happen for all or even most of the flagged messages. But it makes the system quite unreliable. I have tried different think like re-creating the virtual folder, doing a consistency check on all the folders (this last operation declared my Flagged folder to be damaged 'no message base' but didn't repair it). I cannot get rid of this annoying bug. Have others seen the same behaviour? Are there any suggestions? It would be a reason for me to move 3.0 if this was the only thing fixed. POP -> IMAP Migration
Hi, Has anyone here been able to copy their messages from an old POP account to an IMAP server? I can't seem to be able to do it. I tried when tb! 2.0 first came out, and couldn't get it to work, so I filed a bug report, which was then closed saying that it works. But if I go to my old POP account, select all the messages and "Copy to" a new folder on my IMAP account, not all of the messages get copied. I got a little further by modifying all of my old filters to do a "Copy to", but even this doesn't always copy all the messages. It's not a quota issue, since I don't have quotas enabled. And I don't think it's a speed issue, since the IMAP server is connected to the same switch as my workstation (and just to make sure, I let it try to copy for an hour, and nothing more was copied). Furthermore, tb! doesn't pop up anything saying that it's copying the files, so I really have no indication of where it is in the process. Anyway, I have about 1,500 emails that I would like to put on my IMAP server so I can access them from anywhere. If anyone has any hints on how to get this done, please let me know. Thanks, Kevin Current version is 2.10.03 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

The Bat! versus others
Dear tbudl, I make no secret: though The Bat! (TB) has been my default mailer for over a year, I have played with others, including Eudora, M2 in Opera, Pegasus, (even Outlook Express and Outlook..again - VERY briefly), Mozilla Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, various mailers in Linux (K-Mail, Evolution), Courier/Calypso, Pocomail etc. At work I use Lotus Notes (no choice; formerly Pegasus - again, no choice). I looked at Becky, and decided not to bother. (Apologies to Becky fans) (Looking at this list above..I think I need to get a life!! ;-) The main one I am playing with 'on the side' at present is Pocomail (PM). (LocoMail? ..only kidding). (BTW, almost every mailer I have played with has a much more capable address book than PM. And almost all look better than TB) There are a lot of nice things about PM...and I am thinking the 'perfect' email for me would be TB, with the appearance, 'skinnability', and some of the nice little touches of PM. YesI know that personal preferences (re features and appearance) have a big impact on one's choice of mailer. Despite some of the current bugs (eg in HTML): I see TB as being fairly boring and dull in appearance, but fast, reliable, fairly easy to use, and perhaps unsurpassed for power and flexibility. If there was an easy way to improve the appearance of TB... eg change the grey backdrop for something else...even a nice buff colour (as in some of the screenshots of TB I have seen) then it would make all the difference. Well, a big improvement at least. Call me fickle, call me 'superficial/but most humans (apart from the nerd-iest of power-users ;-) like something that is not only functional, but nice to look at In short, function should have priority, but it is important to have form as well. Macro for time zone?
Dear Bat Persons, I looked at the Help File re time/date macros but could not see the answer for this one. In my templates for New messages, the time macro is %TIME, and in the replies template, the time macro is %OTimeLongEn. I think these are the defaults. I recently changed the macro in 'Replies' to %OTime. However, I was thinking it would be good to have an indication of time zone (TZ). eg where I am (New South Wales, Australia), the time zone (with daylight saving) is GMT + 1100. Of course message headers include indications of time zone... (The default in new mail and replies in Pocomail is, I think, day-date-time + TZ.) (BTW, there is supposed to be some subtle difference between GMT and UT...what the hell is it? In message headers, is the reference to GMT or UT?) I could not find out how to automatically include an indication of TZ (it would be good if it was automatic for when daylight saving ends here)...but ended up 'manually' adding the time zone (+ 1100) to my New message and Reply message templates...ie %TIME + 1100, and %OTimeLongEn + 1100, respectively. ver 2.02 CE vs 2.01.3 - some glitches
Dear tbudl, I noticed a couple of strange things while using the current version (Christmas Ed), so reverted to my previous version (2.01.3), which seemed to fix the 'problems'. These 'problems' were: * DISAPPEARING MESSAGE LIST. The message list for one of my folders, which contained 39 emails, went empty/blank. One message was displayed in the preview pane. Opening and closing The Bat!(TB) did not make the contents of the message list reappeared. I installed v 2.1.3 over the CE version and the list came back. * NO 'HTML TOOLBAR'. In the message editor, when changing the format from plain to html/plain or html, the html toolbar (font, bold, font colour etc) does not appear in the CE version. However the html toolbar comes up fine in the previous version. * FUTURE DATES IN MESSAGE LIST. Regardless of version, I noticed in a couple of folders, there were a few messages, which in the message list (but not the message headers etc), had correct day and month, but had future years (eg 2008, 2013 etc) in the received column (but not the 'created' column). I am playing with another email client at present (Pocomail), and the dates for these messages were OK in that email client. By the way, these problems in TB only seemed to happen when I started fooling around with another emailer on the side... ;-) -- Kind regards, Steve NSW AUSTRALIA Tuesday, 13 January 2004 05:34 + 1100 Mailer: The Bat! v2.01.3 Current version is 2.02.3 CE | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Re[2]: Why MyGate with TB!?
Hi guys. just now starting to use Bat for email Ive been a LONG time user of Agent for BOTH mail and news but this recent SW work has forced me to start thinking abt using separate apps for mail and news rather than all in one app. Im liking the Bat for mail good so far... but Im curious Has RIT ever thought abt developing a news reader?? FIlters in V2 IMAP
Hello tbudl, I must be missing something simple... I upgraded to V2, and am using an IMAP account. Filters used to work great in V1.62, but now I can't get the sorting office to move messages from the server to common folders. I've read the Help files a couple of times. I tried creating the filters by Specials-->Create Filters. Nothing seems to work Worse, I don't see any option for inbox-known, which was in V1.62. I know this is vague, but could someone suggest other things to look for in creating filters. -- Best regards, Ed mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current version is 2.00 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

TB! 2 - Message as Attachments
Hi list, Has anyone had any reports from OE users that their message bodies are appearing as attachments? I've run a few tests using Outlook and my message look fine, but I've had several OE 6.x users report this problem with my mails. Obviously I'd just love to blame OE but I can't rule out a bug in TB! 2.0, especially as this appears to have started some time after I installed v2. Any thoughts, anyone? problem sharing messages with multiple bat installations
I have two installations of theBat using the same account on an IMAP server. I leave certain messages on the server from work so that I can download them later from home. Some of the messages I access from location A do not download when I check mail later at location B. The messages exist on the server (i.e,. I can get at them using the Mail Dispatcher), but I think the appropriate behavior would be: 1) When checked from A, download the message and mark it as "read" on the server. 2) When checked from location B, download it from the server and mark it as "read" locally (since it was already downloaded from location A). It seems to be doing 1, but not 2. (Oddly, it seems to do 2 *sometimes*, but I need to confirm this.) Shouldn't the mail be downloaded from location B even after it has been accessed from location A as long as it is still on the server? Is this an issue, or do I misunderstand the correct behavior under these circumstances? I was keying CTRL-SHIFT-D for signed messages, instead of CTRL-SHIFT-C. > If it were decrypted in-line then you really would lose that > opportunity since the original message would be replaced with the > decrypted version. By "in-line" what I was really trying to say is "on-the-fly" - TB! should always store the message as it was received. So if I received a signed message and want it displayed in the viewer TB! would do it's best to check the signature automatically. Similarly with encrypted messages, if I have a cached passphrase in PGP then there is nothing to stop TB! decrypting the message for me when I open it in the viewer. There should, of course, always be a way to view the message as it was originally transmitted if you are interested in that. For me it's the manual intervention on every message that is signed or encrypted that makes it feel less integrated. > BTW, if unattended security is of concern to you then you should > seriously consider using SecureBat! It's not a major concern for me, just an example of why I'm not so keen on the decrypted copies of messages. If TB! was decrypting as it went the PGP passphrase caching would alleviate this problem to some degree. Thanks for your response, I will give that example Read filter a try. PGP Signing and Encryption
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I'm just starting to get my head around using PGP with The Bat! but I'm not entirely sure I have this set up correctly. I've installed PGP 6.5.8ckt and The Bat! seems to work with it reasonably. However, every time I ask for a signature to be verified, or a message to be decrypted, I get a duplicate of the message with "(PGP Decrypted)" appended to the subject. Is it really supposed to do that? It seems to me to be slightly less than elegant, but given that I'm new to PGP I'm willing to accept there might be a good reason for doing this (I just can't see it :-). I was expecting messages to be verified or decrypted "in-line", so to speak, making use of the PGP passphrase caching. Making decrypted copies of a message that anyone passing my workstation can read when I'm not around seems to go against the objective of increasing privacy, IMO. Which is why I'm wondering if I've missed anything? I have tested several external editors, in the past. Also, I'm posting this to TBOT (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tbot/) as well because this is getting off topic so please post replies there. First some more general questions/ideas in all e-mails: No, this is not a bug in TB, it's a error on the part of person who wrote the malformed mailto that I think TB should be interpret as the original errored author intended. I think originally I was just lazy and preferred to say bug instead of "error made by web authors which should be interpreted as intended by TB," sorry :) Also if there is confusion I'm referring to a malformed link in this form: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=send me some cheese">mail me [note the enclosing quotes] Regarding this being specific to Outlook Express, I've also tested it with the follow programs which interpreted the malformed mailtos as intended by the author: Eudora 5.2 Mozilla 1.2b mail client Netscape 7.0 mail client You can see http://www.gummibears.nu/test.html for an example of one correct mailto, and one incorrect if you'd like to test for yourself. Good question, for clarification I was referring strictly to mailto:s embedded in an tag. I've noticed while certain websites don't use %20 instead of spaces they do enclose the link in quotes so you can still extract the original meaning even though it has spaces. Ex: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=hi how are you"> With the quotes you can still extract the meaning of it as it clearly marks where the text ends. I know mailto: URLs won't cause any halm (unless JA> you do permit certain headers to be set), but saying "well, just let JA> this one slip a little" just starts to promote bad coding, and hence JA> security bugs. This doesn't promote bad coding at all, especially in this case. In fact, most IE holes have nothing to do with not following official standards (usually a buffer overflow or something related to security zones and scripting). The cases which are involve proprietary extensions added by MS themselves, not an effort to support ones in wide use made by other people. MS has bad coding practice in general, regardless of context, so trying to point one thing as being the result of it seems a bit silly. The "be lenient in what you accept, strict in what you send" is the standard, widely accepted mentality for 99% software. djb's software is the only software I can think of that doesn't, and it can get away with it because it breaks very little software (if any). If you've ever written server or certain client software you'll realize that there are a) a lot of non-standard clients and servers and b) you have to support them. I've encountered problems like this, thinking it was a bug in my code, only to find out about some sort of non-compliant support I needed to add to allow the software on the other end to function properly (this is especially true on usenet). Apache is a great example of software needing to support non-compliant clients (see http://www.apacheweek.com/issues/01-03-02). It will accept a variety of non-compliant inputs, I know because I've actually tried (you might be surprised what you can get away with). Likewise you could think of OpenSSH which is capable of emulating (non-compliant) bugs in old ssh clients. This is also done with all major browsers to accept non-compliant HTML (very very few webpages have 100% compliant HTML). I wouldn't be surprised if The Bat! accepts messages which are incorrectly encoded (like with MIME). I didn't know this until now, but apparently that "be lenient ..." saying is from the IETF according to that URL, meaning they acknowledge its necessity. JA> Plus the mailto: is follow standard RFC guidelines on JA> correctly formatted URLs (you won't find a single website that can be JA> served with a space in it, the server will convert the names to %20). JA> Break it, and you might end up causing all kinds of issues. This isn't breaking *anything*. This is about accepting a non-compliant input, not producing a non-compliant output. This case is also different than a url with spaces in that the HTTP protocol relies on url having no spaces (because the space is used to delimit a parameter that comes after it). With mailto it can easily be interpreted without confusion. This is not to mention the fact that the non-compliant mailto: is in such wide use that it's become an unofficial standard (the RFC itself was made in 1998, longer after it had already been in use). JA> Saying that other clients (OE in your reference) interpret the mailto: JA> correctly is incorrect. RFCs say, you *must* convert the special JA> characters to their hex equivalent. Reading it in any other ways is JA> wrong, no matter how you look at it. It may be wrong from the standpoint of the RFC, but from a intuitive standpoint (that of everyone who does it) it makes perfect sense. It's not at all difficult to interpret as it was intended by the author. JA> I think RitLabs have done the correct thing in following the RFCs JA> correctly. The more compliance you have with standards, the more JA> likely you are to do well. Start changing things, or flexing the rules JA> slightly, and you end up having all kinds of problems. Actually it tends to be the opposite. If you don't support non-compliant stuff you start breaking clients/servers and data ends up getting misrepresented/misdisplayed. If software writers, especially those who make web browsers didn't support non-compliant stuff many pages wouldn't display quite right or not at all (yes, even Opera does this). In fact, if you are so strict as to accept only perfect compliance people probably would stop using your browser because they would be limited to only those websites who bothered to use the w3c validater (which is very few sadly). Besides, it IS just mailto, you really aren't hurting anything. Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Yes, but it's beside the point. There's that internet saying, (paraphrasing) "be lenient in what you receive and strict in what you send." Other clients ( or at least Outlook Express) do interpret the mailto: correctly even when it's not properly formed with the hex codes. Most websites I've seen that use the subject line in mailto: don't use the hex codes or a suitable substitute at all, so it would make sense to have The Bat! understand improperly formatted mailto:s. html mailto bug
I think I've found a minor, but annoying mailto: bug. With an HTML link that uses the mailto: and a subject line (i.e. mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=hello how are you) The Bat! may not properly insert the subject line into the message composing window. If the subject line contains spaces (as above) then The Bat! will only include the first word of the subject in the subject line (i.e. "hello" instead of "hello how are you"). The only way to get around this is substitute the HTML escape character %20 (20 hex is a space) in place of spaces. Unfortunately most websites don't do this, and thus you get a truncated subject line when you click on a mailto: link. Now here's a poser!
Hi all, At my work I have a very simple network of two machines plus a laptop. My machine runs W98SE and has a connection to the Internet, the machine in the workshop runs WFWG 3.11 and my laptop, when connected, runs W98SE. I will be adding another office machine, again W98SE, in the near future. At present email between the workshop and me is via MSMail (works) and Outlook (me) a Postoffice from a shared drive on my machine. The network is TCP/IP I then use TB! for my Internet email, which is the only machine at the moment that requires Internet email. This present arrangement seems unneccesarily messy, but is there a way where the works machine could email me so I could pick up the mail using my copy of TB! For reasons I don't really want to go into the works machine really needs to stay with WFWG 3.11 for the present. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
