The Steam network was slammed when they released CS 1.6, and since the two came out at pretty much the same time, Steam got a bum rap.  They eventually resorted to releasing the files through the normal method (web download) to relieve some of the load. I haven't had any problems with it, though

Reel change markers are small black ovals with a thin yellow outline in the upper right-hand corner of a print.  You'll usually see 6 per 2 hour movie, or one every 20 minutes or so.  I haven't been a projectionist for a long time, so it's possible they've changed the reel change markers since
