When I went to Cisco's COO to check on their latest IOS for the 7507. I see
the following:

Could you please explain the two? Which software is loaded into where?

You're OK on the network modules. You'll need ver 12.0 of IOS to support
2-port serial modules (either WIC-2T or WIC-2A/S). I had the same problem
with a 3620

this referring to the on-borad built in interfaces?? With the 1E2W,

need any extra modules (like WIC-1T or WIC-2T) to use the 2W, or can it
