own corporate network) to connect to my home network using
IPSec. I am using a PIX515-UR Firewall at my home network

I have a T1 coming into my VPN 3000 Concentrator. When I dialup to the
Internet and get a connection rate of 50.6 Kbps and then VPN into the
corporate LAN via this connection the throughput is slower than if I dialed
directly into the corporate LAN via a direct dialup and getting a connection
Does anyone know if there is a mac VPN client that will work with the Cisco
PIX 525 6.x? Do folks use a VPN client if they are connecting through the
PIX and connecting to a Unix/Linux box in the internal network or just
SSH? Thanks.

yes, pat running on the pix. i did make static
translations for the vpn users so they dont have a pat
address.

launched with the VPN client connection, Outlook is extremely slow. Has
anyone encounter this or have any insight on this. Thanks.

I realize that you already have VPN 3000 Concentrator; but, try Netscreen
VPN, it's lightening fast.

Is your VPN client using NAT? If so, disable Allow
IPSec through NAT (yes, disable). I had same problem
with VPN client 3.0 beta, not sure if it's fixed in
3.1...

I have the same problem, but its due to the fact that users are pulling so
much data from exchange over a 56k link latency is expected. My users that
have dsl and cable modems have no complaints.
