Does the value have just the local-part, or is '@vhost.com' appended?

Can I set the maximum number of concurrent connections that
courier makes when attempting to deliver mail to other
servers? Also, is it possible to "tune" the setting such
that I can say "Make no more than 6 outgoing connections
and no more than 2 to any one domain"
