My K3 has started displaying 10.9v on the LCD. I know what to do
about that.
But when the BAT LOW warning is displayed at the bottom of the
display, does that tell me that the input voltage to the rig is low,
or does it indicate that the internal battery is low?

Maybe it's about the K2. There's a nice sheet out there explaining all
of the knobs..there is also the Nifty Accessories booklet which is
very handy -- and it's laminated for use during Field Day.

Yes - have been using the K3/Titan III combination for several years with no
problems. Not using any ALC connection of course.

Yes, K3 'Key Out' to Titan 'PTT/VOX' only.
I don't use the 'Key In/Key Out' QSK feature on the Titan, but I have slowed
the K3 Tx Delay to 12mS (CONFIG:TX DLY:12) although the Titan relays are
probably fast enough for the K3 default setting of 8mS.

Good morning,
I am looking for a K3 with tuner to purchase. Not the Aston Martin version,
perhaps the Nissan 370Z version. Please contact me if you have one available.
Would like to purchase before tax season (whatever that is this year) begins.

I disconnected my Alpha 87A when I got the KPA500. Working DX
doesn't seem any more difficult after learning to watch the pile-up
with the P3, but I don't use SSB, where one might notice a
difference.

Right...good points. I ordered the module needed to support either the P3 or
